Awakening All Five Senses

The ceremony is designed to awaken all five senses. Hearing is met with original music composed specifically for each element, filling the air throughout the session. Touch is honoured through the elemental massage itself — deliberate, precise, and deeply attuned to your body. Smell is carried by elemental oils blended to match the qualities of Earth, Water, Fire, or Air. Taste is nourished with a healing herbal tea served as part of the ritual. And Sight rests on the green of the Zen garden, the still blue of the pool, and the soft, living flame of candlelight — a landscape of beauty that holds the healing from beginning to end.
